Ways to Stay Healthy

You should always eat healthy food. It may not taste good, but your health matters more than taste.

A good way to stay healthy is to eat fruits and vegetables. Eating oranges and drinking water can keep you healthy for many years to come if you make it a habit. Exercising is very good to do, including playing sports like soccer, football, basketball, or baseball. Most people think to stay healthy you have to change your life. That is not true; just exercise and eat healthy.

If you get sick, try eating oranges, drinking tea, and going out for a run. You get fresh air from the run, and you get Vitamin C. Vitamin C is vital for the body. You need a lot for a healthy immune system.

Now there are some things you can do other than eating healthy food and exercising. They say five minutes of dancing can get rid of three times as many calories as running five miles. Riding a bike also keeps you in shape. Literally anything you can do outside is healthy.
